Job Summary

Needing a UAE National Security Manager to ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures. A confident self-driven leader who can perform incident and emergency management as well as provide leadership and direction to security & surveillance personnel. Comfortable in communicating at all levels and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. This role will be reporting to the General Manager and will oversee the Ajman Security Operation to ensure that all safety regulations are being followed.

About You

In order for you to be qualified on this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership hospitality security role. You will have high level of computer literacy, Access Control & CCTV Systems Management combined with excellent knowledge of UAE laws. You are required to have TSTI or NSI Security Manager Certificate (fresh candidates are welcome to apply) and good Administration skills for monthly or client reports and investigations.

Job Descriptions

To monitor and ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
Extensive administrative experience, management skills and organized approach to leadership.
To review and suggest adjustment to process based on current/future environments.
To guide, supervise and motivate the performance of all security personnel.
Capable decision maker and multitask, implementing analysis and critical thinking to evaluate security performance and predict issues before they arise.
To plan and carry out regular training for security personnel.
Brief the Security Officers daily on duties required of them. Ensure that all Security Staffs are at area of their assignment and are having the information and equipment required to do their jobs.
Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, familiar with giving instructions and explanations.
With strong experience and connections in Marketing the Security Services.

Accountant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Handles all account related work of Limited Liability Company (LLC) independently.
Able to finalizes accounts up to balance sheet level independently also will have to enter all the data in the system till up to date.
Coordinates and follow ups with the CA.
Handles petty cash and other day-to-day. financial transactions.
Knows Journal Entry, WPS, doing bank transfers, preparing invoices and receipts.
Knows how to do Account Statement Reports.
Hands-on experience with accounting operations, payments and overall financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger.
Record/process accounts payable/receivable.
Monitor cash balances.
Reconcile bank statements as well as any other standard. accounting requirements.
Record periodical, daily and monthly expenses.
Prepares Monthly Payroll.
Ensure timely settlement of payables.
Reporting to management for budgeting and performance evaluation.
Financial Document control and maintenance.
Submission and collection of applications as well as the processing of a variety of legal documents in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as an Accountant.
Very good knowledge and experience of accountancy is required.
Should have excellent follow up skills which is an essential requirement for this job.
Should have good knowledge & experience in Tally Software.
Should have good knowledge of MS OFFICE Applications.
Independent working and handling of all the Financial Tasks and works given by the GM/Chairman.
Experience in a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a plus.
Good command over English.
Preferably, with UAE Experience as an Accounts Staff / Accountant.
Able to start immediately.
